I purchased via dealathon a voucher for $40.00 worth of coffee for $20.00. Once on the companies website i saw that you had to spend over 75.00 to avoid shipping, so when i placed my order i bought additional product to avoid the shipping fee. I placed my order May 30th. I have not received my coffee, nor any update from this company. I have been trying to contact them via phone and through their site. Through the site the status of my order has never been updated since May 30th, as well the queries on their site have not been updated and no one answers the phone. I often call up to 15 times in one day trying every extension and no one answer. I'm assuming this was a scam someone came up with to make quick money. So if you purchased a voucher, DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER as there is nothing dealathon can do once you have cashed it in. I spoke with dealathon and they have told me for those not processed they will issue a refund. I'm screwed on the other hand as the vendor cashed in my voucher and put the charge through on my credit card. I have to say even dealathon have not been helpful in this matter as they should still refund me since they partnered with this company and i assumed they want me to buy more vouchers in future. I have gone to dealathon multiple times and they just inform me they will look into it and i never hear again. Today i spoke with someone named Sabina who seemed a bit bored over the whole thing. She told me she would take it to her manager and follow up with me tomorrow but somehow i am doubtful. I guess dealathon lost my business as well. Sabina also said many custoemr have the same experience. I would expect them to contact their customer and inform them not to redeem their vouchers for the time being since they are aware of the issue, bad business in my books.
