This company claims that I ordered a trial kit for their Acne scar repair. I NEVER received any kind of product from these people and they charged my debit/credit card on 2 seperate occasions. The first time they charged me $139.95 and the next time it was $59.95. They claimed this was something I had agreed to and that they had delivered the package to my house. Well then they changed their story and said that I had refused the package, which as far as they were concerned was the same as accepting it.
This is OBVIOUSLY not the same thing. They are now refusing to refund my money, claiming that they didn't receive the product within the 25 day trial period necessary to complete a refund. This company is nothing more than an internet scam and I highly advise you don't even look at the website. They are all extremely rude and unhelpful. Also, the only way to contact these people is through e-mail. They don't have a valid phone number!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I've contacted the BBB, the states attorney, as well as the BBB of British Columbia to get a refund. I refuse to be treated like this.
