I received a letter from Premier Random Lotto stating I had won a internet lottery. They said I had won $120, 000.00 from a random drawing and I was in the third category. My winning numbers were 12-23-15-27-33. I was to contact them no later than May 22, 2007. I was told by them I was to cash the check, in the amount of $2998.50. I was then to turn around and send them a check for the amount of $2842.00, so they could release my funds to me.
The letter stated: To Commence you claim, contact Angela Roberts, of Standard Financiers at 525 Spencer Blvd, Ste. 404, Calvary, AB, an accredited agency to Premier Lotto at 1-403-397-8587 Not that all prizes must be claimed no later than May 22, 2007. Ensure you contact your agent for the Authorization and Activation of your check. The Letter was sogned by Rodney Williams, Prize Co-Ordinator.
I contacted them to ask them what this was about. They told me to go cash the check and send them their funds, so they could release my funds to me. I then contacted the company where the check came from, to find out he was already dealing with this. This could ruin someones life.
