On Wed. October 13th @ 2:56a.m. I ordered the Lebron James/Paul Pierce 3 inch figures. I used my Visa Check card at that very momment. It wasn't but a few hours later I noticed the money had already been withdrawn. Well, I've sent them letter's and repeatedly sent them e-mails and it's now November 17th and I still have not heard from them or rece. my package. I'm very upset and want my money back. What can I do???
