I have long given up trying to pursue back-payments for services provided to Pam Levy's company. However, if a lawsuit does go forward and you are in need of written documentation showing a pattern of promising but never acting on it, then please let me know, as I have them all saved. It seems like the company bit off more than it could chew and folded; the unfortunate part is that it was made clear to me by Pam on multiple occasions that her venture would be expanding and in need of even more services. I should have cut my losses sooner.
