I am a former employee of the company, and when I gave my notice, my VoIP services (which I pay for) were terminated for no reason other than a personal argument. That is completely unprofessional.
There is no reason to cancel my services, and if there was, I require written notification from an official e-mail address as well as a legitimate reason, which Xytra has not provided.
My services were under a verbal contract, to be billed in arrears for services provided. I haven't yet received any termination of this contract.
I would like my services either be restored immediately or temporarily restored with reason as to why, and a grace period to arrange alternate arrangements.
