Complaint Investigation: CREDIT CARD - FRAUD ALERT!
A credit card fraud operation is in effect across the country that poses a significant danger to your financial health. This operation fraudulently uses the Primerica name to mislead consumers into paying money to obtain a credit card. This fraudulent operation is not affiliated in any way with Primerica Financial Services in Duluth, GA, or Citigroup.

Here's the activity to which you should be alert:
A telephone call by the scammer falsely offers credit cards by misrepresenting that Primerica in Duluth, GA is offering the credit card, which is totally false. Typically, the caller obtains bank account information over the phone and the victim is asked to pay a sum of money to supposedly receive the credit card. The money is then debited from the victim's account with a promise that the credit card will be sent shortly. Once you send your money to these companies, you never get your promised credit card and you cannot get your money back.

In most jurisdictions it is illegal for a company to request an upfront fee prior to obtaining a loan. The real Primerica does not offer credit card services. A.k.a. Luca Financial Primeamerica A.K.A. Luca Financal is a telemarketing FRAUD!!!...

Primeamerica (Luca) is actually run by Anderson Marketing of Toronto. They are hiding in Canada because they target older Americans with a fake credit card scam that costs the victim $240.00 to be approved for the nonexistant card.

This is just plain theft folks, a straight con, why you people give your bank account numbers and other info over the phone is beyond me. Anyway, if you have been burned in the past contact either Revenue Canada (they have a website) or the Metro Toronto Police Dept's Fraud Squad.
