Poor quality of flowers

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my aunt in londonontario . she recieved the flowers they were beautifuul but started dying within 2 days. today is the 6th day of having them and she has called me and said they are all dead. the carnations died and the pebbles are falling off the daisies. carnations usually last for a week or more we are very dissappointed in the quality of this arrangement. i would like some new flowers to be delivered to my aunt at bloomex expense please to replace these.hopefully you will rectify this matter . i cannot send a picture of the arrangement as i am in courtice, ont. and my aunt lives in london, ont. she is 85 years old. but i did tell her not to throw the arrangement out. order #1620385
