I myself was taken by this scam, but I am conducting a criminal investigation against this company. First if you payed with your credit card, you need to fill out a Police report in reference to this fraudulent operation. Second you need to get a copy of the Police report and file a fraudulent report with your credit card company. Most credit card companies will refund your money. Now the victim is the credit card company and they will go after the fraudulent group in this case circle of photographers. Most law enforcement agencies will fill out a report for fraud and theft. There may be a few law enforcement agancies that may not fill out the report since the crime did not occurr in their jurisdiction. Most law enforcement agencies will file a report since identity theft and frauds now occur on the internet. Follow these steps and hopefully we can place these thiefs in jail. Remember that if no report is file then there is no crime being reported.
