Once a con artist/junkie, always a con artist/junkie. In and out of the methadone program, lie, cheat and steal from whomever, including your employer the City of Oshawa. Stanley Parkinson and his common-law Jennifer Theresa Lamb (junkie stripper) have preformed a con and will continue destroying other people's lives.
When they're not getting treatment their using. Why lie to his employer and the Ministry of Transport on his driver's license about his true residence when he drives for the City for a living? When dealing in illegal drugs, use City vehicles for buys, go home on City time to get high, use, abuse, and steal; hide the real truth, for evasion and protection.
