Charged my CC for merchandise they are not sending me

I should have read these reports before I became their latest victim. Since the guy took all my personal info, CC info, now I have to make another report with the FED and SEC and make an identity theft complaint. This will be the second time I have had to report identity theft, you have to file a police report, have to call the SEC and report it to them, then you have to send copies of all the reports to danm Credit Card reporting agencies. IT'S A MAJOR PAIN IN THE ARSE!!!
