This merchant left our company chasing payment and stopped communication with us

As Gerry from Surrey reported about Joel Gordon, the exact same situation happened to our company. Joel from g-squared Kelowna ordered merchandise from us and from good faith we shipped the product out to him and gave him terms. Next thing you know we've been chasing him for practically a year. He would not reply:

1) Phone Calls,
2) Text messages,
3) E-mails,
4) Registered mail,
5) Facebook messages.

I think that is a pretty hefty list concidering there are hardly any other way of communicating with someone.By the way his balance owing is still pending!
