X4 Extender
Product not received - no refund issued

Poor customer service. I have not received my order and their sales dept says they are shipping one overnite and that never arrives either. I have asked for a credit to my credit card and they say I need to refuse the X4 package. How can I refuse a package I've never received? X4 seems to be a scam.
