I purchased Acai Pure capsules (assistance for weight loss) on trial on-line with which I used my credit card. I decided to return the product and in the mean time they sent me another package which I also returned. I emailed the customer support dept to say I returned the items and wanted a refund. I also emailed proof that I had mailed the items back. This was back in June 2009. Still to this day I have not received the refund back to my credit card. I have been constantly emailing customer support and keep getting told that the refund was done and my account is closed. I am at my wits end.
