I ORDERED THE BACKJOY... Jan25th... received it Feb5th... and returned it Feb17th, w/i the 30 day trial period. One, they claimed to not have received the product back (after more than a month) and then charged my credit card for the 1st of 2 charges. Emailed Customer Service and all she could say was "We don't have it back yet". Tried emailing her again (b/c getting someone on phone is near impossible) and she won't respond to my emails. People have asked me since how it is, and I'm going to have to tell them NOT to order from them b/c 1) you might not get the item and 2) if you return it, you WILL still be charged.
