Ordered a DVD series of Witchblade and d*mn was that a mistake!! All they did was take some really old grainy VHS tapes, copy them to DVD and ship them out with all sorts of promises...

They only are in business to steal from people because anyone would know this product is very below standard. They play games with promises of refunds and/or replacements they know will never come to fruition.
One of their ploys is continuing to lie about your "replacement" being on back order!!!
It's sad to see how these idiots have cheated people internationally as well as here with my fellow US citizens. For us, they hide out behind being a Canadian company and out of the reach of US laws. And now &- I fear buying anything from Canada because of this and I'm sure there are many Canadian companies that are very respectable. I just know I will never know having had this experience!
Perhaps some Canadians will tire of this behavior and push for laws to govern better business practices. To all the great Canadian businesses... I apologize.
