Cannot stop them taking payments!

I signed up for a free trial and received one packet of tea. I have today got my bank statement and two payments have been taken for a total of £26.87 english pounds that i have not sanctioned. Have been on site on the live chat line and young lady said she cannot cancel the payments going out of my account and that i should come on this site, i thought this would be the companies site so that i could put an end to all this.I did not sign up for an ongoing supply of tea or the personal motivational support, which is a small phamplet probably worth 50p. Being in great Britain i am finding hard to sort all this out, my only option seems to be to change my bank account.
