This company is an absolute JOKE! PLEASE Read kaygin2000 report on his experience, report # 277349 entered on 10/7/07. His report should be right down the page from this. His and my story are duplicates. I ordered Judging Amy and i got episodes recorded from someone's lousy t.v.. After contacting them many times I finally got a refund the other day, but it was only for $79.99. They did not reimburse me for original shipping and handling, and it cost me $16.15 to return these stinking dvd's. The part that i think is funny is that they know these dvd's are crappy. Once you contact them after the purchase they immediately offer you a $30 credit, in essence they just roll over.
I kept emailing them and they would not respond promptly enough, so i just sent it back UPS to the address that it came from. They finally responded to me and gave me return information. With their return info it said do not send back UPS/FEDEX or it will be refused, they also gave me a totally different address (still in Canada though). These people are a bunch of idiots, the package arrived there safely and they did not refuse it (i checked tracking info). If you do have something from them, send it back. I am still going to dispute the original charge because i want my shipping and handling back. FYI some credit cards also have fraud protection built into them, i'm not sure if this applies. i plan on sticking it to this company as much as i possibly can.
