No Refund - misleading shipping charges

I was willing to pay for shipping as shown for the Trial offer $1.90), however, once I clicked through with my Visa information I receive an email indicating that because I'm in Canada the shipping & handling charge is $11.90 -- it was Sunday night around 10pm - I call Monday morning to CANCEl, and told ok -- however, I receive a pkg in the mail on the Friday -- and when I checked, my VISA was charged on the Monday!! I called and was told that I should not have been told that everything was cancelled, that perhaps it was a new employee, and that I needed to return the Trial offer within 14 days (10 business days), if I wanted to avoid a $58 charge -- huh? I asked how I would get confirmation that my pkg was returned - they said I must get a tracking # -- it cost me over $8 to ship back!! So, now I'm out over $20 (since the $11.90 was US, charged at over $13 Cdn) for nothing. Plus, I'm going to have to go to my Bank to make sure they don't charge me for any more! I think they told me everything was cancelled initially to allow time to charge/process my Visa. I was willing to pay the $1.90 for shipping -- and they have not only been misleading on their website when you input your credit card info -- all sites I've purchased form (Canada, Us) always show a TOTAL before finally clicking through -- they did NOT do this. Also, they lied when I called to cancel. I have since searched and read of many more people who have been scammed. This is so unfortunate that this company can not be shut down.
