I went to fill up with gas, while I was waiting for the gas to finish I washed my windshield. There was clearly diesel fuel in the windshield washer fluid bin.
The car reeked of fuel not to mention it got on my paint...
I went in to complain, this was a Saturday, busy with commuters from Montreal and there was one kid working. All the trash bins were over flowing, the bathrooms were a disgusting pig sty (normal for this station since new ownership). He said no one would be in til Sunday. Sunday the owner called and rudely said it wasn't his problem and not covered by his insurance. He refused to even pay for a measley car wash!!!
I'm NEVER using this Esso again, nor the macDonald's or convenience store again. It's filthy and disgusting!
