I went to Esso station and bought a 11.99$ premium car wash. My car is lrge SUV and After car wash I realized it is not done well and complaint about it and I received a rewash. Trying to rewash at the same ESSO after few days I realized the code doesn't work so I went to the cashier and asked about the reason and the guy who originally gave me the rewah was there I think his name was SONTHIL or so and he siad rewash has to be done within 24 hours which didn't say anywhere on the receipt and he never mentioned it either. When I complainted that this is not faie he started rudly talking to me that you guys are so and so and I remember you and treating me and me like a crook who wants to get free wash. When my wife came in to the shop asking what is the matter he started yelling at me and through the another rewash asking me no to appear in that ESSO again which my wife took the receipt and tear it and said we are not going to use ESSO anymore. This was the worst ever experience in ESSO station and I not going to use it for any Gas or car wash anymore.
