Rips off people with promises they never keep Oshawa

I have been getting from Bell Canada since the 5th of June, regarding a computer/internet package I signed on to get. I was told no shipping charges would apply as well as any activation.

Well they already tried to ding me with a shipping fee for the Sympatico. I was also told since I was such a good customer I would be getting a $50.00 Visa Gift card. I have been getting nothing but the run around from your company since that day. I have been promised things that are not coming to pass. I was told the computer and net stuff would be here by the 9th of June, the 12th being the latest date it would be here, here it is the 19th I still dont have the computer after many many promises by Bell reps that they would gaurantee it would be here. I still dont have the gift card either.

I also signed up at the time for Express Vu and told them I had my own dish and own reciever and was told that was no problem they would hook it up for nothing. Again that was not the case when the technician got here it was going to be a $250.00 hook up if I wanted my own dish put up, so the free hook up was another thing a Bell rep told me that was a crock of garbage. Then a Bell rep had the nerve to call me and tell me that my Billing for Sympatico was started as of June 14th. I protested as I signed up for a COMPUTER & INTERNET and the computer is still not here after many promises from Bell that it would be., so I got the billing date to start as of the 20th which it tomorow and I still dont have the computer.

When I spoke to ANOTHER rep today I was told the computer was still going to be 3 or 4 days away. I also found out that when you sign up for Express Vu you get a $50.00 Visa gift card, so does that mean the original comment of the Rep named Aphrodite that I was such a good customer was a crock of garbage, or does that mean I am getting 2 cards as I was such a good customer AND I signed up for Express Vu ..or is it another case of Bell Canada shoddy cutomer service to suck in suckers like me to sign up. I will point out I also signed up on June 15th for the long distance as well as wireless services, so they basically have me on the hook for just about everything, yet they deliver NOTHING. I see no reason why I should not unhook absolutely EVERYTHING and tell Bell where to shove it.

From June 5th until now the 19th of June I have been given nothing but the run around from your company and have had enough. As of course if I was to make promises that I paid my bill and never followed through with it, they would cut me off in a freaking heart beat. So I think that is EXACTLY what I should be doing and that is cutting them off from being MY provider.
