Ripoff online pay-per-click fraudulent no check mailed

RevQuest is a pay-per-click search engine. Like many high-traffic website owners, I was contacted by the company and asked to add their search toolbox to my page. I would make a percent of the profit they earned from visitors I referred to their site. I added it and things seemed well. I even received a check from the company.

After they gained my trust, I gave RevQuest more exposure on my site so I could earn more revenue. Soon, I had earned $168.12. Unfortunately, the company stopped answering all e-mails and phone calls. I have left many messages and phone calls over the last three months, and have gotten nowhere with the company.

They are a complete ripoff. After visiting several forums, I found out they have ripped off other internet businesses tens of thousands of dollars. There is not much I can do because I am here in the United States. I would just like to warn other webmasters out their about the company's deceptive tactics.

Sure, RevQuest may pay you the first check. After that, they will stop paying you at all. Several webmasters have told me that RevQuest even said that they wouldn't pay the person unless he kept the RevQuest ads on his site. This is very bad business practice and they should be shut down.

Troy Muise is the leader of this deceptive business. He won't respond to any of my e-mails or phone calls. This is a sad way to run a business and ripping people off is not going to be profitable for him in the long run.

If you are going to make money with a pay-per-click search engine, use Google or Overture. These smaller PPC search engines just feed off of the larger sites and give you an even smaller chunk of the profits. That is if they pay you at all.
