WE DON'T WANT TO SEE THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!! This article is for all the unsuspecting innocent people who are considering hiring TECHWYSE AND/OR SEARCH ENGINE WIZARDS to build a website for your business. This is what happened to us.
To begin, Techwyse was hired by us January 2005 to build us a homepage and optimize our site for search engines and bring us traffic.
THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE TECHWYSE AND/OR SEARCH ENGINE WIZARDS specialty and they are very good at convincing they are capable of doing the job. Afterwards you can't even get a return phone call! TECHWYSE AND/OR SEARCH ENGINE WIZARDS CHARGED US $1800.00 for this task and were suppose to complete it in about a month.
TECHWYSE AND/OR SEARCH ENGINE WIZARDS website states "OUR RULES OF ENGAGEMENT ARE CLEAR, IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH OUR WORK WE GIVE YOU 100% MONEY BACK". This is 100% LIES. The work they done for us was 100% unsatisfactory, it was awful.
The work done for us was not what was discussed, and was not done in a month as agreed. After 3-4 months they informed us the work was finished (in their opinion?) or was all we were getting on our homepage. The home page they designed was not what we discussed, it had taken much longer than we agreed, and as far as optimization- Well, they simply added a small line at the bottom of our homepage called resources.
This resources area is simply links to other sites. They are suppose to be Quality links, which should pertain to jewelry. Well what we got was misc links, most not pertaining to jewelry, and they only add a few links a month and after about 9 months we had about 42 links.
These links have proven not brought us any sales and only VERY few visitors, it has proved over a years time to be totally useless and a waste of $xxxx.00 which we were charged for the Search Engine Optimization. After 1 year, ALL the work TECHWYSE AND/OR SEARCH ENGINE WIZARDS has proved to be 100% useless and we have not got any more traffic than we did before we hired TECHWYSE AND/OR SEARCH ENGINE WIZARDS.
We are 1000% dissatisfied and TECHWYSE AND/OR SEARCH ENGINE WIZARDS refuses to give us a refund, We were told by several employees there that they have never issued a refund to any one EVER! And will not issue us a refund either. (They did offer to add more useless links). I want to warn ALL innocent and unsuspecting business of their practices. Please call us before you consider using TECHWYSE AND/OR SEARCH ENGINE WIZARDS for if you want the TRUTH we will tell you the truth about them.
Our opinion, You will get more benefit and satisfaction if you threw your money in the garbage. Please call us, We will give you the honest truth about TECHWYSE AND/OR SEARCH ENGINE WIZARDS and We have the paperwork and traffic stats, etc to prove it. We don't want anyone else making the huge mistake we did, We spent $1800.00 of hard earned money and got a crappy looking homepage, nothing like what we discussed (MANY TIMES) and a few Links added per month and it is ALL PROVEN 100% very useless and unsatisfactory, Our opinion, We got ripped off BIG TIME. What We were charge $1800.00 for has proved to be 100% useless and 1000% waste of money, AND NOT WORTH $1.
TECHWYSE AND/OR SEARCH ENGINE WIZARDS refuses to issue a refund, even though their site states... "OUR RULES OF ENGAGEMENT ARE CLEAR, IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH OUR WORK WE GIVE YOU 100% MONEY BACK"... DON'T BELIEVE IT, WE lost $xxxx.00 trusting TECHWYSE AND/OR SEARCH ENGINE WIZARDS.
DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY, Call us if you want 100% truth. This is our opinion based on facts and performance We experienced. All facts are documented facts. We are here to help others like us and protect others, WE DON'T WANT TO SEE THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!
