I ordered an archive CD more than a month ago and when I checked on the web site it indicated it was shipped. When I did not receive the CD I emailed customer service and they keep promising that another CD will be shipped. But to date they have not shipped a CD and cannot provide proof of a single shipment.
When you call your hold time is 30 minutes. My credit card has been charged a month ago.
Kodak Picture Gallery fraud and I hope I can get my credit card company to reverse the charges and get my money back from theses thieves.
