On September 17, 2008 RJ Performance ran my credit card twice for the same order ($1, 467.90). As of March 11, 2009 we are still trying to get a refund on this amount. We call twice per week and keep getting promises ranging from "I'll get on it today" to "We have already mailed a cheque"
On December 20th, 2008 RJ Performance ran another unauthorized amount of $5317.81 on my card and shipped goods that we did not order. When contacted they promised to pick the goods up at our address. This never did happen. We shipped the goods back and requested credit. Again, all sorts of promises, but no credit.

I have finally changed my card number so that he can no longer do this. Be careful of this lot!
