I have also fell victim to these con artists, i even followed all the stupid rules they have for the refund and actually sent it in on time and have still been given the run-around on the phone about my money.. what i would like to tell the others is that if you payed through PAYPAL, contact them and explain the scam. i have contacted them myself and the lady (very polite) refered me to the "security centre" and they told me that if enough people contact them about this (no matter how old the claim) that PAYPAL would deal with the legal actions themselves, and that they could MAKE "global auto registry" pay everyone that claimed they're money back
