We had booked a family trip to niagra fall with expedia. When we arrived to the ho jos hotel we were going to be staying in we were displeased with the motel. The bed were stained, the rooms smelled very bad. The smoke alarm were not functional. We had a lot of issues with the accommodations. When my 8 month pregnant wife called to see if anything could be done, she was sworn at by a female phone personnel and hung up on by a expedia employee. Nothing was done to help. We also were charged for it in USD. I can't believe the lack of service or care Expedia has for it customers. Do not stay at 8100 lundys lane. Thanks.
