My order Powerstroke Navistar 7.3 L EPA tested Diesel engine was cancelled by Jonathon Campbell apparently due to unavailability after loss of 1st shipped engine. Shipping details were never clear. Given names of shipping companies do not exist. Refund was promised written by fax and signed by Jonathon Campbell. ICN banking wiring details are incorrect what was confirmed by my bank. In May 08 I have orderd a complete drop-in engine from RJ Performance in Calgary. In May 08 I paid US$ 6300 for the ordered engine after order confirmation against official invoice from RJ Performance in Calgary. In June 08 the engine was shipped from a Warehouse in Cleveland Ohio to Peekskill New York. Until end of june no valuable shipping details were available, given BOL number without Freight Forwarder's Name does not help. The engine apparently got lost on his way to my address with a friend of mine in Peekskill New York. A replacement could not be made available. Ende of July my order was cancelled by RJ Performance in Calgary and refund of US$ 6300 by Wire Transfer was committed by RJ Performance in Calgary. Wire Transfer Details were sent to me indicating another company, i.e., Skyskipper Marketing Inc. who apparently had paid the amount back to my account. August 08 - The refund of US$ 6300 did not arrive on my account. August 08 - The Scotiabank Macloed Center branch which was indicated on the Wire Transfer Details, with which Skyskipper Marketing Inc. Calgary has the account number showed on Wire Transfer Details, confirmed that there has not been any payment out of that account of US$ 6300 to my account. End of August 08 - I still don't have my money back. RJ Performance is playing arround and saying the payment is traced, but no results since over 4 weeks. - unquote - On May 24, 2009 - 1 year later - I still have not received my money back!!! How can we stop such criminal behaviour?
