These guys bill on day of order, did not ship REFUSED TO CREDIT FOR ORDERS BILLED, Forced to file Court claim

Two orders placed on December 31, 2009. My visa card was debited $2, 370.00 I waited over three months for order. I cancelled my order and asked to be credited for same sum. I have heard nothing from EB for over 1 year. My bank mamager says small claims is my only remedy.
