I bought the product about 3 months ago when there was a promotional offer if you spent so much you got a gift package worth over $100. I had used the Ceramide capsules before & loved them so of course I spent over $80 & bought the 28 ml / 60 capsule jar. Within a month the capsules had started to harden slightly even with the sorbent pack in the jar. Now the capsules are so hard I can't use them! I've only used 25 capsules so ther are 35 useless capsules in the jar. I no longer have the bill but I feel I should get a coupon or rebate. I do like the product very much but am disappointed. They should not have hardened. The sorbent pack must be faulty.
