Bottom Line - Body Boomers only cares about the money and not the customer (s). Made call after call to make a appointment to resolve a minor issue and now they sent my account to the credit office. Can't seem to find a person who can solve a issue? Reason I could not attend the gym was due to personel reasons. There staff advised Me the issue was looked after? But they never passed the info along.
I know there is tons of people that get ripped off from fitness clubs.!!! But don't let them take advantage of You.
