After a year as a member of Premier Fitness I was dignosed with ovarian cancer so I gave them the required written thirty day notice in July of 2006.
Struggling to survive I never checked my banking records closely until August of 2008 and much to my surprise premier fitness was still taking funds from my account for a membership that I had cancelled 2 years prior.
Not only that they were bouncing payments and trying to recover them the following month.
When this was brought to my attention by my banking institution I immediately contacted there financial accountant who never responded to my calls or my emails.
I lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and like many other complaints against them they did not respond to my complaint. BBB had rated them an unsatisfactory company.
This company needs to replace the money they removed from my account illegally as I need it for my ongoing fight against this horrible disease. They are cold and very calculating and consumers need the government to step in and protect from such companies.
