When tea arrived there was a telephone number to call "before" opening, it was a recording of a woman named "Sarah Nicholson", she stated, in the recording and also on the package insert that if there were any problem regarding canceling membership or if you needed assistance to please call her "personally" at 1-866-449-5567. I had a question for HER. After calling that number the individual who answered (which was a male) had no idea of who she was and what she was supposedly talking about. The people on the other end of the telephone and also on the "on-line chat" have no clue what is going on with this product. They use some kind of Guide book and copy and paste whatever is closely related to your question. I got no answer to my question, all bullcrap that I already knew from reading the package insert. So, if anyone wants to talk to "Sarah" personally .. forget about it!!! She doesn't exist. She supposedly lost 43 pounds using the tea and states if you have any questions to call her because she has been there and done that. DUH DUH DUH...
