The company shipped a US product via a Canadian distributor in a manilla envelope with no receipt. The code on the bottles were all the same and exactly like the bottle shown on the website. The product made me sick and I have requested my money back only to find it doesn't refund outside of Canada, doesn't honor the 100% guarantee minus S&H, doesn't even check out when I try the code to see if it's authentic. Basically I am screwed out of $166.00 CDN, and the past 5 people I dealt with at the company could care less.
