Have ordered medicines, was charged, but nothing was ever sent

About four weeks ago (June 09) my VISA card was charged (over $230) for an order [meds] which has never arrived at my address... which is

I sent several e-mails, asking if they would you please look into this.. and then get back to me via an e-mail.

I received only messages that this site does NOY EXIST.
