My on line order was placed with canadian pharmacy however the web address was www.pillbasket.net. I did have access to an order number. I have not received my order but my card has been charged the amount stated. I have tried repeatedly to call the company. The message system does not state the company name. I have left messages with no return call. I have sent e-mails with no response back. I did receive three e-mails stating my card had been charged, that my order was processed and was being delivered. I do not have this order as of Jan 19th, 2008. The order was placed on Dec 28th. I paid additional fees for 5 to 7 business day delivery.
I was told that I would see IP-MyRxShopper.com on my credit card statement. That is not true the description of the biller is as follows:
BestRxMedspro. The web address supplied for tracking does not exist. Upon surfing the internet I cam across multiple companies, same web page, same contact number. I did notice yesterday that the phone number changed on the web page, however the old number and the new number both do not work.
