, the old manager had sold me training sessions promising that i was not obligated, the new manager would not listen and had my membership revoked Ripoff

Ack in january 2005 the old manager told me that i had no more sessions left with my trainer and that i could bye more. i was unsure if i wanted more but she told me that she would sell me the coupons anyway and that if i later changed my mind that i would pay for only the one's i had used. it sounded good cause i figured the ones i did not use could be resold. so i said ok. that manager was since transferred to a different center and the new manager was David along with stefane the assistant manager. i had decided okay to go for it cause i enjoyed my sessions with the trainer so i had a check delivered to them. a few months later stefane came up to me telling me that my sessions were not yet paid and i told him a check was made and send. he basicaly called me a liar and pretty much belittling me sarcasticaly asking me why i have my sister handle my financial business and basicaly calling me a child in front of people. my sister does work in a bank so why would i not let her handle my account? saves me time and energy. stefan would not listen and said he wanted the money asap. after seeing what kind of a jerk he was i told him i had changed my mind and contacted the bbb and told that i am in no way, shape or form obligated to pay for unused sessions. he still would not listen and he later had my membership revoked. I also contacted the manager david and he never did return my call the 2nd time around. i contacted customer service and left a few messages cause they never answered and even there no call back. finally this guy dave called me from customer service, he did sound concerned, told me he would investigate and call me back. that was a few weeks ago. again, no call back. in a way i am happy cause i have discovered a better gym with a better and mature staff. nautilusplus staff are so nice when they are trying to talk you into signing up or selling you something but they are real ***h^^&^( & when it does not go their way. but not all staff members are &*$&(*)_( _..stefane is as bad as they get. If any of you canadians want to join a gym, stay far away from nautilus as far as u can. don't let them hook you
