I was mentaly coerced and schammed into buying another 3 months worth of training at extreme fitness. I made it clear I wasn't interested in purchasing any more, but they wouldent take no for an answer! My trainer approached me with an offer to enter a contest (the extreme 3 month challenge) and a chance to win a 2500$ trip to anywhere I wanted.
I had to sign up for another 3 months to enter the contest legitly. After the contest my trainer had the nerve to tell me that the management knew all along i wasnt going to win it because of my age! They lied to me and said I had a fair chance as any other contestant in this 3 month transformation. They ripped me off another 3 months worth that I didn't want to purchase to begin with. Had there been no contest I would have never signed up and they knew that!
My trainer also started to act very unprofessional durring our sessions together, making of the wall acusations against other members and staff of the facility saying they were all hopped up on steroids! what the hell is this? This is no way to treat a customer who spends thousands of dollars there. Not only did the acusations make me feel uncomfortable but him always bringing up serious personal issues within his life also made me feel just as uncomfortabe. I couldn't stand to use the facility anymore for a chance to try to avoid my trainer.
I don't feel I should be held responsible for the rest of my remaining sessions or for that matter the last three months that I was schammed into purchasing. I also feel I should not be held responsible for the remaining owing of my membership dues, as I feel uncomfortable dealing with the staff I was told are on drugs and as well I don't want to run into my trainer as I feel just as uncomfortable with him.
