Dear Sirs,
After paying for, downloading and emplementing this product, I began to have immidiate computer problems. My scanner quit working, it deleted my Quicken program with all my data, my printer started printing numbers sometimes while printing documents and other interference were problems are involved.
My stepson (a computer engineer) who lives in another state away from us is spending two nights trying to fix all the problems caused by this software online download for sale.
My fault. He said I should have called him first and never do something like that again. I WANT!!
