I purchased the 360 proshare to download music and have not been able to get into it since April 21/07. I have removed it from my programs and now cannot get it back. I had purchased a lifetime membership... What is going on with this... I have gone to the site to try and redownload it but it wants me to sign up again and pay. I don't think so...
