I had purchased this software 4 years ago and it worked great until today. I tried to reactiviate it and it would not accept my email address so I decided to repurchase it. When I installed the program and tried to run it, it would not work. I then tried to access the website members area to contact customer support and the website page would not open/display correctly. Have these guys have gone to the dogs? I will try and get in contact with them but reading all the other complaints I do not have my hope too high.
