Summary of issues : 2 1/2 years ago bought BRADA front load washer / dryer with a 5 year extended warranty. Dryer broke in summer of this year - took 5 weeks to get fixed - nobody takes responsibility for anything. went for 5 weeks without a dryer. finally after DAILY phone calls too numerous to count, screaming at the customer service people, speaking with supervisors, managers, etc. the dryer was finally fixed. Nobody would order the part .. It's not my job, it's somebody else's job. right after dryer fixed, washer broke (for the 2nd time) -- went without washer for 2 months... far too many phone calls, begging, pleading, screaming, emails, faxes (noneof which were ever answered), and a final threat to contact our lawyer if it wasn't fixed the next day, or at least somebody contact us, they called. It was the threat of legal action. They are a JOKE!! Rude, no customer service, don't care about the customer. They actually told me that they could not fit my time frame of a repairman coming (after 3:45 PM) into their schedule. Are you kidding me? Customers are expected to use their schedule. It takes weeks to get an answer, a repair part ordered, and for it to be finally fixed.
We cancelled our BRICK card, told them we would never buy anything from them again, and they didn't care at all.
Manager at store level couldn't care less once the sale is made, and forget the salesman.
The contempt I have for them doesn't even show in this report. NEVER deal with them - it's a gong show!!
Right after the washer broke we purchased new set from SEARS...
