Bell Canada's service in Southern Nova Scotia is so poor; it is truely unbeleivable. With Satellite services costing more than 3 times the national rates they still can't get anything right. THEY NEED A CLASSACTION LAW Suit much like the suggestful suit of DIRECT TV in Washington State.
