They will not return a call

Has anyone figured out where Transglobal Service Head office is? There is one contact number that will be routed to individuals working from home who have no supervisor or manager that they will admit to. Every time you call, you get a new person in a new part of the country. I want to talk to someone in a higher capacity to give me a better answer because the people answering the phone have no clue how to figure out the status.

Why am I complaining?

After the third visit of the technician and my 3rd day booked off work, the technician reports the new part they are trying to install is defective and they must reorder. Ok, it can happen so I wait. NOTE: it took 10 elapsed days for this defective part to appear the first time.

So I wait. After 10 days I try to call. First phone answerer says case is closed. I say no its still not fixed and as a matter of fact, still disconnected and sticking out of its space so I ask to speak to a manager. They say they will call me back. 2 days later I call again, and the person answering says the part was not yet ordered. I ask for a manager again. They will call me back again.. no call again for 2 days. Call again and they say part is not in yet. Now over 2 weeks later its still not in. I ask for a manager again. They say they will email manager and I can expect a call in 2 hours... Again nothing.

The people on the phone do not know how to read the reports on the screen. There is no management. There is no office I can call. They only forward calls between themselves at home.

Where is this HEAD Office? Is there a direct line to a manager there in charge of a particular part of the country. The web has no INFO on this company except bad complaints and the companies OWN web page, with no reference to a HEAD office or contact info besides their 800 numbers that get routed all over.

BEWARE: if its not fixed the first time... you will have to wait and get the run around.

I am stuck now for over 5 weeks with a broken dishwasher.

They have hidden their identity well, which worries me. Why is it such a trouble to list a head office unless you are hiding from all the complaints.
