Went to Bell world to see about getting a new phone at the Oshawa center. Not only was the attendant waiting on two other customers besides me which is pathetic, she signed me to a 3 year cellular extension (that I did not ask for) on my contract with only 3 months left on my existing contract.
This one time monopoly of a company is a pathetic little sore on the ass of customers.
Beware folks. There are other companies out there that want your business.
