This company will not answer phones, they are all recording

This company cons people into buying their product making you think it is the only way you can get your download for your new software.
They do not answer their phones, they are all recordings and ask for extention numbers, but there are no extention numbers listed on their website, therefore you cannot get a hold of a real person, no one is available including the operator. I have tried several days to get a hold of these people.
And I have emailed and left messages.
