Bought Maytag washer Maxima 9000. Since day 1 it did not work. Cannot power it on. Called Whirlpool customer service. The day after a technician showed up stating that a UI Board needs to be replaced. 5 days later, not hearing anything from Customer Service, I called them and was told that it will take up to 10 days to get the part and then the technician will contact me to set up an appointment. I have a new washer that i cannot use and laundry that is piling up.
