I bought a set of DVD's as a present for someone and received them promptly (from China). I thought I should try a few and sure enough, several of them just don't play, some skip etc. When I emailed the company from their website, they emailed back to just "send them back and we'll reimburse". I wanted to talk with someone but they told me they were "too busy". I waited till after the holiday - emailed again - they would not give me a number to call or would not have someone call me.
I am extremely frustrated as this was over $100.00 of dvd's. I've never run across such arrogance as far as customer service is concerned.
