I paid for items valued appr. $700 through paypal to [email protected] about a month ago. Their website is www.shopperswebmart.com. Initially, he said he was having a problem having shippers pick up the packages as it was a holiday season. So I asked him if he could go to the post office and sent them to me. He said he dropped them off but still haven't received any items yet. He refuses to give me any receipt of tracking number and insists that he has already mailed them to me via ground post. He doesn't provide the shipping party name or any information to further investigate.
I still haven't received any of his items. I filed a complaint with paypal recently and they haven't decided yet. I have filed complaints at different law authorities. I am waiting for their response at this time.
